When you submit a sourcing request, we collect the information you provide. It is used to route your inquiry to a selected supplier or match it with suitable Koala-supported suppliers.

This can include your name, company, country or region, email, WhatsApp number, product requirements, quantities, target market, timeline, and message.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, coordinate with suppliers on your behalf, and improve our showroom services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary to fulfill your request with relevant suppliers or sourcing team members.

A supplier-specific inquiry is shared only with the selected supplier. An open RFQ is reviewed by our sourcing team before it may be matched with up to three suitable suppliers.

Data retention

We retain inquiry records as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
